Get a list of all assistants available to your account. Assistants are specialized legal AI agents that can help with specific types of legal work.

Response Fields

id · string

The unique identifier for the assistant

name · string

The display name of the assistant

description · string

A description of the assistant’s capabilities and specializations

created_by · object

The person who created the assistant. null for global and repository assistants, which record no creator, and when the user no longer exists in your organisation. A creator who has since been removed from the organisation is still returned.

The user’s id, as List Users returns it.

name · string

The user’s display name.

email · string

The user’s email address.

owners · array

People who hold the Owner role on the assistant: they can edit, share and delete it. The creator holds it from the start, and an owner can grant it to others. Lists only active members of your organisation. Empty for global and repository assistants.

The user’s display name.

email · string

The user’s email address.

owner_teams · array

Teams that hold the Owner role on the assistant. Empty when no team does.

Show Team Object

id · string

The team’s id.

name · string

The team’s name.

created_at · string

When the assistant was created, as an ISO 8601 UTC timestamp such as 2026-03-22T17:00:00Z.

url · string | null

Opens the agent in Wordsmith. null for a workspace-only agent, which has no agent page.

Notes

• Only assistants that you have read access to will be returned
• created_by, owners and owner_teams name the same people and teams as the assistant’s sharing settings in Wordsmith, and never anyone outside your organisation
• The list includes both your organization’s custom assistants and any global assistants you have access to
• Use the id field when creating questions with specific assistants via the Create Question endpoint
