Returns one session: its agent, title, message count and a link that opens it in Wordsmith. Read its messages with List Messages.

The session_id is the same id that Create Question returns. You can read any session you could open in the Wordsmith app, including one shared with you.

Authentication

Requires an API key, or an OAuth token with sessions:read.

Path parameters

session_id · string · required

The session id.

Response

Returns 200 with the session: the fields of a List Sessions item, plus message_count.

message_count · integer

The number of messages List Messages returns: each question and each answer counts as one.
