Delete a skill so the Wordsmith agent no longer uses it.

Deletes a skill. The Wordsmith agent stops using it, and it disappears from List Skills. Its bundled files are not deleted.

You need permission to delete the skill, as in the Wordsmith app. Public and community skills cannot be deleted. Deletes are REST-only: no MCP tool deletes a skill.

Authentication

Requires an API key, or an OAuth token with skills:write.

The skill to delete.

Response

Returns 204 No Content with no body.
